About PrimeSpace

A commercial renovation company that competes on specialism, not size.

PrimeSpace Renovators Ltd. was incorporated in Ontario on 8 July 2026 to give businesses a dependable partner for practical, non-structural interior upgrades — the work that makes a space function and look the way it should, delivered without the delays and complexity that come with larger general contractors.

Based in Cambridge, Ontario

Rooted in Waterloo Region, ready for Ontario's businesses.

Our registered office is at 73 Water St North, Suite 300, Cambridge, Ontario N1R 7L6 — in the heart of one of Ontario's fastest-growing commercial corridors. From here we serve businesses across Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo and Guelph, with the reach to take on projects further afield in Ontario.

Ontario's non-residential construction spending is projected at CAD 84.8 billion in 2026 according to Statistics Canada, and buildings account for roughly 18% of Canada's greenhouse-gas emissions. Businesses are modernising, reconfiguring and retrofitting their premises — and they need a contractor sized for that work.

Why non-structural

A deliberately narrow focus, and a faster project because of it.

Canada's construction sector is highly fragmented — Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada counts more than 157,000 construction employers, 62% of them micro-businesses. Most commercial tenants sit between the handyman and the big general contractor: they need real project coordination, but for work that never touches the structure.

That is the gap PrimeSpace fills. By staying with painting, flooring, partitions, minor carpentry, signage and fit-out coordination, we keep each project's complexity, cost and duration under control — and we tell you early if a job needs structural or engineering work outside our scope.
